About the Role

FJDynamics is expanding its presence in the Nordic agricultural market. We are looking for a hands-on, field-driven Channel Sales Manager to build and grow our dealer network across the region.

This role focuses on:

Dealer acquisition and management
Channel development and sales growth
Driving product adoption through partners

Key Responsibilities

Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard agricultural machinery dealers and distributors
Partner Management: Build strong relationships with channel partners and support their sales activities
Sales Growth: Drive revenue through partners by setting targets and supporting execution

Requirements

Language: Fluency in English
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in:
Channel sales / dealer management

Nice to Have

Existing dealer/distributor network in the Nordic region
Background in agronomy, agricultural engineering, or mechanical engineering
