Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Support Executive, providing coverage for a 2-month maternity leave. The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria, with flexibility for occasional remote work. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, overseeing customer service interactions, effectively communicating with stakeholders, ensuring smooth business operations, and contributing to analytical and operational processes.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Business Support skills.
Advanced Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Experience in managing and prioritizing tasks independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools is an advantage.
Prior experience in a corporate setting or healthcare/biotechnology industry is a plus.
