Position Overview
We are seeking an Expert-level Business Process Consultant to provide senior technical guidance and advisory support on the requirements, processes, and procedures for handling, managing, and storing highly sensitive technical and intelligence-related information. This role partners closely with multiple internal organizations and external stakeholders to ensure information is protected, compliant, and aligned with enterprise and community-wide standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert-level technical guidance and advisory support on policies, requirements, and procedures for handling, managing, and safeguarding sensitive technical information
Advise multiple directorates and external organizations on information protection, compliance, and secure data management practices
Support the development, refinement, and implementation of business processes and procedures related to sensitive information handling and storage
Serve as a subject matter expert on information control systems, secure IT environments, and information security practices
Interpret and apply intelligence-level handling requirements and ensure processes align with applicable regulations and standards
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities related to information management
Contribute to briefings, guidance documents, and decision-support materials for leadership and partners
Leverage professional networks to facilitate coordination, information sharing, and issue resolution across organizations

Required Skills
Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
Expert-level experience in business process consulting, information security, IT security, or related technical disciplines
Strong knowledge of secure information handling, storage, and management requirements for sensitive technical or intelligence-related data
Experience with IT systems, IT security controls, and information control systems
Familiarity with intelligence-level or highly sensitive information handling requirements
Proven ability to provide authoritative guidance and advisory support to senior stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
