Role Description

We are looking for a high-energy, proactive team member to work across operations, marketing, sales support, and special projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving diverse problems, taking ownership, learning quickly, and contributing wherever needed.

What You Will Do

• Support day-to-day operational, administrative, and coordination activities
• Assist with marketing initiatives including content creation, outreach, presentations, and campaign execution
• Support sales activities including proposals, follow-ups, CRM management, research, and customer communication
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and contribute beyond assigned tasks
• Work closely with leadership on special projects, research, and execution across multiple functions
• Use modern productivity and AI tools to accelerate content creation, documentation, communication, and analysis
