Be responsible for achieving sales targets within the target product groups
Do market research, build business plans, and implement sales activities to meet sales target
Support and coach team members to increase their capacities
Propose for the line manager the business plans to improve sales performance
Collect and report customer feedback information for the line manager
Proactively explore and expand new/existing customer base
Build and maintain close relationships with key customers by ensuring services of Gene Solutions are met as required
Manage team performance, and individual business plans on weekly and monthly basis
Report weekly/monthly reports to line manager accurately and timely
Ensure operations comply with the Company's Code of Conduct and Law.
Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager
We would love to hear from You if You have:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Pharmacy or other Medical Sciences.
Have at least 3 years’ experience in Sales Manager Role in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device company.
Experience in
obstetrics or NIPT products
Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills
Resilient, innovative, entrepreneurial, hands-on, and proactive, with a strong ownership mindset. Experience in a startup or high-pressure environment is essential, along with strong relationship-building capabilities.
Excellent both oral communications and writing skills in the local native language
Good command of English
Good business acumen, result-oriented in work
