Summary The Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA) is technically skilled analytics professional responsible for developing and maintaining data-driven solutions that support decision-making across clinical, academic, and financial domains. This role requires strong proficiency in Python, Tableau, and SQL, along with experience in web application development and database management. The BIA has a solid understanding of financial concepts, which is critical for proper requirements gathering and communication with non-technical financial stakeholders. Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica is highly desirable. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, demonstrate initiative in identifying and driving improvements, and maintain a controls mindset focused on accuracy and data integrity. The BIA thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing requirements and priorities.

Professional Experience Requirements If Bachelor's degree in general field, requires three (3) years of experience

If Master's degree, requires one (1) year of experience
If Associate's degree, requires nine (9) years of experience
If High School degree, requires eleven (11) years of experience
