Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Own and execute territory strategy to hit and exceed revenue targets with new pharma and biotech accounts
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities using your existing network and our growing inbound pipeline
• Drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal pursuits from initial interest through signed contract
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting in CRM

Client & Partner Engagement

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across clinical data management, biometrics, and clinical operations
• Build long-term relationships that support expansion from single-trial pilots to enterprise agreements
• Lead presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations

Market & Solution Strategy

• Translate client pain points around manual data workflows into compelling Octozi value propositions
• Identify and close partnership opportunities that can multiply our reach
• Work closely with the founders on pricing strategy, deal structures, and product roadmap input
• Act as a direct feedback loop from the market into product development

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS or tech-enabled services sales within pharma, biotech, or CROs
• Proven track record closing complex, multi-year contracts with enterprise life sciences accounts
• Existing network within pharma/biotech clinical data, biometrics, or clinical operations organizations
• Strong understanding of the clinical trial data lifecycle (EDC, CDISC, medical coding, safety reporting)
• Comfort operating in an early-stage environment where you're building process as you sell
