About IntBot
In ten years, millions of robots will coexist with humans. But coexistence requires more than physical capability — it requires social intelligence.
IntBot is building the interaction engine that enables robots to operate autonomously in real human environments. Our humanoid robots are already deployed in hotels such as Marriott, at major events such as NVIDIA GTC, and most recently at San José Mineta International Airport, where continuous real-world operation drives learning and improvement at scale.
We are entering a hyper-growth stage as we scale deployments, software rollouts, and strategic partnerships across hospitality, public spaces, robotics hardware partners, and other service industries.
About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager to help drive IntBot’s next stage of growth.
This role sits at the center of customer development, sales execution, strategic partnerships, and deployment growth. You will help identify commercial opportunities, build relationships with key customers and partners, support pilots and recurring contracts, and translate market feedback into product and business strategy.
This is a high-ownership role with a real leadership path. For the right person, this role can grow into a senior business leadership position — including Head of Business Development, VP of Business Operations, Chief Revenue Officer, or Chief Operating Officer — as the company scales.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, fast learner, and self-starter who is comfortable speaking with hotel operators, venue owners, robotics companies, channel partners, and internal technical teams. We are looking for someone who wants to help build the business function from the ground up, not just execute a predefined sales playbook.
What You Will Do
Drive Commercial Growth
- Identify, qualify, and develop B2B opportunities across hospitality, airports, events, public venues, healthcare, eldercare, and other service environments.
- Lead customer discovery, manage sales conversations, prepare proposals, and support pilot-to-contract conversion.
- Help refine pricing, packaging, and deployment models, including Robot-as-a-Service, software licensing, leasing, and partner-led rollouts.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and help build repeatable sales processes as IntBot scales.
Build Strategic Partnerships
- Source and manage relationships with robotics hardware companies, ODMs, system integrators, venue operators, and channel partners.
- Support “IntBot Inside” software licensing opportunities where IntBot’s interaction engine can run on partner robot platforms.
- Prepare partnership materials, coordinate follow-ups, and help structure collaboration opportunities.
- Work with product and engineering teams to evaluate partner needs, technical fit, and integration requirements.
Support Deployments and Customer Success
- Help ensure smooth customer onboarding, deployment planning, and post-deployment communication.
- Gather feedback from customers and deployment teams to identify product gaps, expansion opportunities, and retention risks.
- Coordinate across business, product, engineering, and operations to turn customer needs into actionable improvements.
- Identify upsell, expansion, and renewal opportunities from existing pilots and deployments.
Help Build the Business Function
- Create scalable sales and partnership processes from scratch.
- Build playbooks for customer discovery, pilots, onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
- Track business KPIs including pipeline value, conversion rate, deployment outcomes, revenue growth, and customer retention.
- Help shape go-to-market strategy as IntBot moves from early deployments to repeatable commercial scale.
Represent IntBot Externally
- Demo IntBot robots to customers, partners, and strategic stakeholders.
- Represent the company at customer visits, conferences, trade shows, and industry events when relevant to sales or partnerships.
- Build relationships that support IntBot’s commercial growth and market presence.
- Gather market intelligence and competitive insights from customers, partners, and industry conversations.
What We Are Looking For
Required
- 1–5 years of professional experience in business development, sales, partnerships, client management, startup operations, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to present ideas clearly and confidently to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- High learning agility and genuine interest in AI, robotics, embodied intelligence, or frontier technology.
- Outgoing and professional presence; comfortable networking, demoing products, and representing the company externally.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations, leads, and priorities at once.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B sales, enterprise partnerships, robotics, AI, SaaS, hardware, hospitality technology, or real estate / venue operations.
- Experience preparing customer proposals, partnership materials, sales decks, or commercial follow-up documents.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and customer success workflows.
- Prior internship or full-time experience at a startup, consulting firm, technology company, or venture-backed business.
- Ability to understand technical products and communicate them clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Interest in growing into a senior business leadership role.
- Ambition to eventually own a major business function such as revenue, partnerships, operations, or go-to-market.
Why Join IntBot
- Join a company that is turning humanoid robots from demos into real commercial deployments.
- Help build the business engine behind one of the first social-intelligence robotics companies.
- Work directly with founders on sales, partnerships, GTM strategy, and deployment expansion.
- Take a high-ownership role with a clear path toward senior leadership or C-level responsibility as the company scales.
- Build relationships with major venues, hospitality operators, robotics companies, and strategic partners.
- See the result of your work directly in live deployments across hotels, airports, events, and public spaces.
- Get meaningful equity upside in a frontier robotics company at an early growth stage.
