A. Opportunity Identification & Acquisition
· Identify new business opportunities across sectors such as logistics, energy, telecom, healthcare, government, and infrastructure.

D. Business Development Planning & Execution
· Develop and implement business development action plans to meet quarterly and annual growth targets.
· Support the preparation of proposals, EOIs, RFP responses, and commercial documentation.
· Work with leadership to define pricing strategies, service offerings, and value propositions.
· Contribute to commercial strategy development for new markets such as AAM, drone logistics, or digital services.
E. Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Coordinate with project, operations, and technical teams to ensure commercial offerings are feasible, cost‑effective, and aligned with capabilities.
· Provide client input to support product development, operational improvement, and service innovation.
· Support marketing and communication initiatives, such as promotional campaigns and partnership announcements.
F. Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain accurate records of engagements, partnership agreements, opportunities, and progress updates.
· Prepare business cases, commercial summaries, and decision‑making briefs for management.
· Ensure that all agreements (MoUs, MoCs) follow proper documentation and approval processes.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
Certification in business development, sales, or partnership management (preferred)
Experience
0–2 years of experience.
Experience in business development, logistics, drone sector, or technology solutions (preferred).
Experience working with clients, partnership frameworks, or commercial negotiations is an advantage.
Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to prepare MoUs, MoCs, and commercial documentation.
Understanding of the drone, logistics, or AAM ecosystem is a plus.
Strong research, analytical, and commercial planning skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and presentation development.
