We are rapidly expanding in the USA and UAE markets and are looking for a high-performing Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive international sales, partnerships, and revenue growth.
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate with strong experience selling technology services and software solutions to international clients .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Generating qualified leads
• Building relationships with decision makers
• Converting prospects into long-term clients
This role combines lead generation, consultative selling, marketplace sales, and pipeline management .
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in USA and UAE markets
• Generate qualified leads through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs
• Present and pitch Levelstech and LevelsAI solutions
• Articulate business value, ROI, and technical capabilities
• Prepare and deliver proposals and commercial offers
• Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision makers
Freelance Marketplace Lead Generation
• Generate leads from platforms like:
• Respond to project postings and submit custom proposals
• Build a consistent pipeline of international technology clients
• Track proposal success and optimize outreach strategy
Market Research & Strategy
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings
• Understand buying behavior in USA and UAE markets
• Develop targeted sales strategies for international clients
• Provide feedback on product-market fit
Pipeline & CRM Management
• Maintain lead and opportunity data in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Track interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Generate reports on lead conversions and performance
Collaboration
• Work closely with delivery, product, and leadership teams
• Translate client needs into solution proposals
• Support client onboarding and handover to delivery teams
Required Qualifications
• 3–6 years experience in business development or B2B technology sales
• Experience selling software, SaaS, AI, or IT services
• Proven experience generating leads from Upwork, Fiverr, or freelance marketplaces
• Experience working with international clients (USA / UAE preferred)
• Strong experience with LinkedIn lead generation and cold outreach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience interacting with C-level decision makers
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling AI, automation, enterprise software, or cloud solutions
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and AI technologies
• Familiarity with USA and UAE business culture
• Experience working with sales targets and KPIs
