About RBW
RBW (RB-Ware Inc.) is a South Korean cobot welding and metalworking automation company. We develop proprietary no-code robotic welding software and integrate it with collaborative robot systems to make welding automation accessible for manufacturers of all sizes — from SMEs to export-focused industrial fabricators.
With an active partner network across Europe, the Americas, and APAC, RBW is in an active growth phase globally. Our no-code RBW software platform is one of the most intuitive cobot welding interfaces on the market.
RBW goes to market exclusively through regional channel partners — integrators, welding technology distributors, and automation specialists who sell, install, and support RBW systems in their respective markets.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Business Development Specialist to join our team at RBW HQ in Goyang-si, South Korea. This person will be the primary driver of RBW's expansion across the APAC region, covering both the domestic South Korean market and international APAC markets.
You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners — working directly with the Head of Business Development based in RBW's European office. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role with real visibility into a fast-growing global company.
You are not an order-taker. You identify leads, make calls, build relationships, close partnerships, and make sure those partners perform. You'll need to be comfortable with the full BD cycle — from cold outreach to partner training to long-term account management.
