About The Role We are hiring an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.
This is a dedicated outbound role where cold calling is the primary channel. LinkedIn and email are used to support outreach, follow-up, and account penetration, but success in this role comes from consistent phone activity, strong communication skills, and the ability to create opportunities from scratch.
