We’re growing the sales team at Brainial and are looking for two driven Business Development Representatives: one to focus on the DACH region and one on the Benelux region. In this role, you’ll start great conversations with potential clients and help open new opportunities. If you enjoy taking ownership, working closely with AEs, and being part of a fast-moving, supportive team, this could be a perfect fit. Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, hybrid Business Development Representative based in Utrecht, with regular time spent in our Utrecht office. In this role, you will open new doors, create opportunities, and help us grow in new markets. You will connect with potential clients, support our AEs, and work closely with the team to build a strong pipeline. If you enjoy taking ownership, starting conversations, and working in a fast-moving environment, you will thrive here.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in German or Dutch
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in business development is a plus
- Interest in AI or SaaS
- You value ownership, curiosity, and working in a transparent, collaborative team environment
