ControlRooms.ai helps chemical and heavy-industry plants detect anomalies earlier and resolve process issues faster to reduce unplanned disruptions. The platform applies AI and machine learning for time-series anomaly detection and an AI Trend Search that surfaces similar historical events to accelerate root-cause analysis. It integrates with industrial telemetry and messaging protocols (OPC, MQTT) and runs as a SaaS solution on cloud infrastructure (Azure) for rapid deployment and frontline adoption. Typical customers include chemical processors, energy and petrochemical facilities that use the system to shorten troubleshooting cycles and improve plant reliability.
