We are now seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team to continue to build a strong presence in the region in our new office in Barcelona! In this role, you will join our Group CEO in our newly opened Barcelona office, playing a key role in building and strengthening our presence in the region. You will be the first dedicated commercial hire on the ground, owning both inbound and outbound prospecting as we establish ourselves in the market. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients to drive further growth in the region, while working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams in Malmö, Sweden to identify, generate, and convert new opportunities. You will be reporting to the Sales Manager stationed in Sweden.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients through inbound and outbound strategies (email, cold calls, social media, etc.).

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience working with outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing role (SaaS experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with lead generation tools, Pipedrive CRM and sales outreach platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with C-level executives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business growth.
