As
Business Development Manager
, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in pharmacovigilance services. You will build trusted relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO clients, helping them understand how iVigee’s solutions can enhance their safety operations.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to shape proposals, drive client engagement, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Location: Remote (UK/EU preferred)
MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead business growth
by identifying and converting new opportunities in pharmacovigilance outsourcing and PV technology.
- Develop and maintain relationships
with decision-makers at pharma, biotech, and CRO organizations.
- Position iVigee’s capabilities
— comprehensive technology-enabled global PV service, and iViSight — as differentiated value propositions.
- Prepare and deliver client proposals
, RFI/RFP responses, and tailored presentations.
- Negotiate and deliver signed contracts
- Collaborate with marketing
to refine outreach campaigns, event strategies, and digital lead generation.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy
, pricing models, and commercial process improvements.
- Track and report business development metrics
through CRM systems and regular management updates.
- Represent iVigee at industry conferences
and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within pharmacovigilance, drug safety, CRO, or life sciences services.
