Air pollution takes more than 7 Million lives globally every single year. Over 5% of premature children death occur due to air pollution in developing countries. Everyone has relied on governments or experts to solve the problem, but most solutions up until today have either been too expensive or too ineffective. Praan is an attempt at making the future cleaner, healthier, and safer for the generations to come.
Job Description
Skill Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in B2B sales involving high-value, premium products or services
Experience in sectors such as high-end corporate design, art sales, or premium interior solutions is highly valued
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey the value of premium products clearly and persuasively
Strong consultative sales abilities, with a solution-oriented approach to understanding and addressing complex client needs
Proven track record of managing high-value sales cycles, including negotiations, contract management, and client onboarding
Good to Have
Experience working with architects, designers, or developers in premium real estate or corporate sectors
A background in managing high-value deals within fast-paced, high-growth environments
Proven ability to thrive in high-profile sales environments, with attention to detail, exclusivity, and superior client service

Conduct market research to identify and target high-profile corporate clients that serve HNIs, and uHNIs. Focus on sectors such as premium real estate, corporate offices, hospitality, educational institutes, fitness and wellness centers, art galleries, and similar spaces that prioritize exclusivity and high-end design
Conduct outreach via cold-call, whatsapp campaigns, LinkedIn, references, in-person visits, and generate pipeline of qualified leads
Establish strong relationships with senior decision-makers, architects, developers, and executives. Offer tailored consultations to demonstrate how HIVE’s products align with their specific needs and elevate their spaces or operations
Develop individualized sales strategies for each client, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals that align with the client's business goals
Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, while maintaining detailed records in a structured sales pipeline. Ensure efficient management of client interactions
Develop a deep understanding of HIVE's product offerings, combining technical features and design elements. Effectively communicate how these solutions deliver enhanced performance and value to discerning clients
Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Use these insights to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities
Attend high-profile industry events and exhibitions to network with potential clients and decision-makers, showcasing HIVE’s offerings and building valuable connections
Ensure client satisfaction through continuous follow-up and exceptional after-sales service. Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals
Expertise in building relationships with HNIs, uHNIs, and senior corporate clients.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software to track and optimize sales performance
