Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Business Development Manager will drive strategic growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing sales strategies. Responsibilities also include conducting market analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and representing the company at relevant industry events and exhibitions. The role requires reporting on performance metrics and contributing to the achievement of revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Munipal Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Proposal Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the water or sanitation industry is an advantage
