Role Overview
Eureka Robotics is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead sales and business development across the Midwestern United States. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with clear ownership of regional revenue growth, customer acquisition, and strategic account development.
In the early phase, the BDM will personally drive sales—engaging directly with end users, system integrators, and channel partners—while laying the foundation for scalable sales processes and future team growth.
This role is ideal for a technically fluent sales leader who thrives in complex, consultative sales environments and enjoys building markets from the ground up.
