The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to grow and support our customer base in Peru. The candidate should ideally be situated in or near Lima (or Callao), with regular travel to Ica, Piura, and La Libertad, which are key fruit-producing regions for citrus, table grapes, and avocados. You’ll work closely with growers, offering Aerobotics’ innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. This is more than a sales role; it’s an opportunity to be at the forefront of AgTech innovation, helping shape the future of farming.

3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in agribusiness or AgTech
Background or experience in agriculture is preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
