Generation Robots is one of Europe’s leading distributors of service robotics, mobile robotic platforms and research-oriented robotic systems. For over 18 years, we have been supporting universities, research institutes and industrial R&D departments across Europe.

To strengthen our international sales activities, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for the DACH region and Italy.

Your Responsibilities

• Development of the DACH and Italian markets in the field of robotics
• Identification, acquisition and expansion of key accounts in industry, research and higher education
• Structured management of complex B2B sales cycles and high-value opportunities
• Manage client proposals, quotations, tenders, orders and overseeing client´s overall satisfaction
• Close collaboration with technical support and marketing teams
• Market analysis and proactive identification of growth opportunities
• Representation of Generation Robots at selected events and customer meetings

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in technical B2B sales or business development
• Previous experience in a similar cross border role within a sales team
• Proven track record in selling complex technical products, systems or technology-based solutions
• Fluent in German and Italian (mandatory)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong commercial mindset combined with a structured and analytical approach
• High level of autonomy, ownership and accountability
• Interested by new technologies (Humanoids, mobile robots....)
• Available to start as soon as possible
