Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager – HR Tech (Mid-Market & Enterprise | MENA), based in Gurugram with partial work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with mid-market and enterprise-level businesses in the MENA region to promote Zoftware's products and services, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks involve conducting market research, understanding client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
