We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our new business unit for AI based Sensor and Robotics Technologies .
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage
with business partners to build new business for the company. This
candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They
should be able to think critically when making plans and have a
demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Tasks
Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Identify partnership opportunities
Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s advanced products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Maintain existing business
Think critically when planning to assure project success
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering (+MBA preferred)
3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
Experience in autonomous systems, AI, electric vehicles, logistics or supply chain for food industry is a plus
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Proficiency in English
