Job Title: Business Development Manager – DACH & Benelux (Remote)

The Opportunity

Over the past two years, Noul has established significant momentum in Europe, securing contracts with high-profile clients and proving our innovative diagnostic solutions in the field.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager based in Germany or Switzerland to lead our expansion across the DACH and Benelux regions. This is a fully remote role for a self-driven leader who can leverage our recent successes to scale Noul’s presence in the IVD market.

Employment Note: This is a fully remote position. You will be officially employed through our EOR partner (e.g., Remote.com) , ensuring you receive all local social security benefits, insurance, and a compliant employment contract according to your country of residence.

Responsibilities

Drive Regional Growth: Build on our existing portfolio of prestigious clients to capture new market shares in Germany, Switzerland, and Benelux.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and close high-value opportunities within the Hematology and POC IVD sectors.
KOL Management: Engage with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare institutions to position Noul as a leader in next-generation diagnostics.
Market Leadership: Execute a strategic go-to-market plan, operating with full autonomy in a remote environment.
