As our new Business Development Manager for Cloud Security , you will join our skilled Sales Team in Malaysia, taking accountability for expanding Crayon's services business in the region. Your primary focus will be to prospect, identify, and qualify leads for Crayon’s cloud security products and solutions . You will also build and manage lasting relationships with customers and partners while developing deep knowledge of the Malaysian market, mapping Crayon's capabilities, and crafting a winning market strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

• Driving business growth by hunting, identifying, and qualifying leads for Crayon’s offerings, positioning Crayon as the top choice for enterprise and mid-market customers
• Building trusted, long-term relationships while driving new business across Managed Services, including SCA, Modern Workplace, Security, Cloud, IT Support, and Change Management
• Working on high-value deals and collaborating across a broad ecosystem of experts in cloud security, cloud modernization, and IT optimization
• Understanding P&L dynamics, cloud and security commercial structures, profitability, and costs

Your Competencies:

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales within the technology and cloud security field with Azure, AWS or GCP
• A solid understanding of Microsoft AWS and GCP Security products and its capabilities, including Microsoft Entra, Intune, Microsoft 365 Defender, Azure Security Center & other relevant security platforms. Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001) and how Microsoft products help achieve compliance is an advantage
• Proven experience drafting IT commercial proposals and presenting them to executive sponsors
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams on delivery, project, and implementation plans in cloud-based environment
