Hyreo is building an AI-first recruiting platform to automate the entire hiring lifecycle — from
sourcing to onboarding. We combine agentic workflows, conversational AI, and real-time
intelligence to help enterprises move from manual recruiting to autonomous hiring.
We’re already working with enterprise customers and have seen 3X revenue growth in the
last 12 months. And are now scaling revenue aggressively in India.
The Role
This role is not for everyone.
We’re looking for a top 5% sales athlete — someone who doesn’t wait for pipeline, doesn’t rely
on brand, and doesn’t need hand-holding.
You will be responsible for generating revenue from scratch, breaking into enterprise accounts,
and closing high-value deals in a competitive market.
If you need inbound leads to succeed, this role is not for you.
What You’ll Do
• Create pipeline — outbound, referrals, events, hustle
• Break into enterprise accounts and get in front of decision-makers
• Run high-stakes discovery conversations with CXOs and HR leaders
• Own product demos that convert scepticism into conviction
• Drive deals aggressively — control the narrative, timelines, and outcomes
• Partner with founders to close complex, strategic deals
• Consistently exceed targets — not meet them
• Build pressure, urgency, and momentum in every deal cycle
What We’re Looking For
• 5–8 years of proven, high-performance B2B sales (SaaS / HR tech preferred), with
exposure to 0–1 or 1–10 startup journeys
• Track record of being in the top percentile of your sales team
• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline without marketing dependency
• Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders and navigating enterprise complexity
• Obsession with targets, numbers, and winning
• High intensity, resilience, and refusal to lose deals without a fight
• Extreme ownership — no excuses, only outcomes
• Strong network in HR / Talent / TA ecosystem in India is highly desirable
