Business Development Lead

Location: Remote

Territory: Europe and the United States

You will work closely with leadership while helping identify new opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and support the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective Sponsors, biotech companies, pharmaceutical organizations, and CRO partners
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across Europe and the United States
• Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, industry events, conferences, and networking activities
• Schedule and support business development meetings for senior leadership
• Develop relationships with key decision makers across clinical development, biometrics, regulatory, and operations functions

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A self-starter mentality with a desire to drive results
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities simultaneously
• Interest in clinical research, life sciences, pharmaceutical development, or CRO services
• Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, recruiting, clinical research, or related fields is preferred
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn
