We are now looking for a highly motivated  Sales Manager  to lead our sales operations and help scale our client base.

Role Overview

You will be the first hire in Dubai and act as the face of Mediatropy in the region. Your mission: to open doors, drive leads, and win business with UAE-based and regional clients.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team in Singapore and be supported by our centralized regional operations, media, creative, and development teams. This is a rare opportunity to shape a market from the ground up with the backing of an established agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across the UAE and wider GCC region, driving new business opportunities
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with senior brand stakeholders, including CMOs, marketing leads, and decision-makers
• Act as the face of Mediatropy in the region, representing the agency at key events, conferences, and industry gatherings
• Partner with the Group CEO and strategy team to craft compelling, tailored proposals and pitch presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC to ensure seamless onboarding and project delivery
• Contribute to shaping our local market positioning, strategic partnerships, and future team growth roadmap

Who You Are

• Deeply connected in the UAE business and marketing landscape, with a strong network of decision-makers across sectors like hospitality, finance, lifestyle, retail, or tech
• A proactive self-starter who thrives in autonomous, entrepreneurial environments
• Fluent in the language of digital, from performance marketing and programmatic to social media and creative strategy
• Ambitious, articulate, and professional, with the drive to build something from the ground up
• Ideally, you bring 5+ years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or agency/client service roles
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
