Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Intern. The intern will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities, generating leads and building relationships with prospective clients, and assisting in creating strategies to expand the company's business reach. The role also involves supporting customer service initiatives and contributing to business goals through effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Other Requirements:
Educational Background: Students or recent graduates from biotechnology, bioinformatics, computational biology, life sciences, chemistry, or related fields.
Scientific Understanding: Basic understanding of drug discovery, molecular biology, protein science, or computational tools is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify scientific concepts for non-technical audiences.
Tech & Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Workspace, Canva, CRM tools, or basic data analysis platforms.
Business/Marketing Interest: A keen interest in scientific marketing, technical sales, business analytics, and market research.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and extract useful insights.
Creativity & Initiative: Self-driven attitude with the ability to propose ideas, identify opportunities, and support outreach efforts.
Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multidisciplinary teams.
Adaptability: Willingness to take on new challenges, learn quickly, and work across science and business functions.
