Job Title: Business Development Intern – Staff Augmentation (Summer Program)

About the Role:
We’re looking for rockstar Business Development Interns who can think globally, move fast, and support our mission to scale. This is a hands-on internship for ambitious university students who want to break into the world of international B2B sales and staff augmentation.
You’ll work alongside our senior BD team to identify new client leads, understand industry verticals, and support our efforts to place engineers in strategic roles across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct lead generation and prospect research across global markets (primarily U.S. and Canada)
• Identify and qualify potential clients in need of tech staff augmentation
• Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and other platforms to build target lists
• Analyze company structures and decision-makers relevant to our services
• Support outbound outreach strategies including messaging, email campaigns, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams to match tech talent with business needs
• Maintain accurate records of leads and outreach in internal systems
Who We’re Looking For:
• Current university students (preferably in their 2nd, 3rd, or final year)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• A go-getter mindset with attention to detail
• Passion for business, global markets, and working in high-growth environments
• Bonus: Familiarity with B2B sales, CRM tools, or lead-gen platforms
