Role Overview
The Account Executive leads consultative sales conversations with nonprofit decision-makers and owns the relationship from demo through early onboarding. This is a full-cycle sales role that requires proactive pipeline generation alongside inbound opportunities. You will run demos, manage follow-ups, close new accounts, and ensure customers are successfully activated in their early stages. While inbound leads and internal systems support the role, consistent outbound effort and self-directed prospecting are essential. This position blends sales execution, education, and early customer experience, with a strong emphasis on ownership, momentum, and professional judgment.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000 to $125,000 (base plus performance bonus)
