We’re growing fast and hiring a Business Development Executive to own client acquisition from end to end.
The Role
This is a hunting role. Your job is to find, engage, and convert new clients for Finvo through outbound outreach, social media presence, event attendance, and relationship building.
You will be the engine behind Finvo’s growth. If you thrive on targets, love the hustle of opening doors, and want to be rewarded directly for results — this is your role.
This is a full-time role, primarily remote (with occasional site visits to events and client offices around Cairo).
What You'll Do
• Outbound prospecting: Identify and reach out to e-commerce and fashion brand founders via Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
• Social media management: Support social media management activities across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Event & bazaar presence: Attend fashion/e-commerce events. Distribute materials, collect contacts, book follow-up calls.
• Book diagnostic calls: Your primary conversion mechanism is booking 30-minute diagnostic calls between prospective clients and Finvo’s leadership.
• Pipeline tracking: Maintain a clean pipeline tracker. Log every conversation, follow-up, and outcome. No conversation goes untracked.
• Referral activation: Work with existing clients and Finvo’s network to systematically generate warm introductions.
