Synthesa is an early-stage US VC-backed AI startup transforming how healthcare evidence is generated.
We build advanced AI systems that conduct systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and evidence synthesis dramatically faster and more accurately than traditional approaches. Our target clients include pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, CROs, and medical communications agencies.
We are now hiring our first Business Development Executive to help build and scale our commercial engine.
The Role
As Business Development Executive, your primary objective is to build a predictable outbound sales pipeline that generates qualified meetings with potential clients. You will be responsible for designing and executing the full outbound process, from identifying target personas to prospecting, outreach, pipeline management, and follow ups.
This is a hands-on execution role , not a strategy only position. You will be expected to operate independently and move quickly.
You must be comfortable working with modern sales tools and hit the ground running without training on the basics of tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or CRM systems .
