**We are seeking a Business Development Director (Mid–Senior Level) with life sciences
experience and a strong understanding of the clinical R&D landscape to join our global
Business Development team. This is a consultative, value-based sales role focused on
engaging senior stakeholders across pharma and biotech organizations.
You will work with scientific, clinical, portfolio strategy, and business development leaders
to help them solve complex decision-making challenges. The role reports directly to the
Head of Business Development & Sales and collaborates closely with product,
data science, and customer teams.

Drive new business and expansion opportunities across pharma and biotech accounts
Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving clinical, R&D, portfolio strategy, CI, and
executive stakeholders
Articulate Intelligencia’s value across use cases such as probability of success (PTRS),
portfolio optimization, trial design strategy, and competitive intelligence
Translate complex clinical and data-driven insights into clear strategic and business
outcomes
Manage opportunities end-to-end, including pricing, procurement, and contract execution
Partner cross-functionally to support proofs of value, pilots, and strategic evaluations
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and contribute to global go-to-market strategy
Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to customers
What you’ll bring to the team
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in life sciences, pharma, biotech, or
healthcare technology
Proven success in consultative, value-based selling with multi-stakeholder buying
processes
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical or biotech clinical development lifecycle
Experience selling to scientific, clinical, or strategy-oriented stakeholders
Strong communication, executive presence, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
What is nice to have
Experience selling data, analytics, or SaaS solutions
Familiarity with AI-driven insights or clinical intelligence platforms
Experience managing enterprise or global accounts
