Position Summary

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is an outbound, activity-based role focused on generating meetings, uncovering new opportunities, and helping our team expand across government and defense customers.

This role is perfect for recent college graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy talking to people, learning new industries, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to program managers, contracting leads, integrator contacts, and other federal stakeholders.
• Send targeted outreach emails and follow-ups to schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
• Hold confident conversations to learn about customer needs, upcoming work, and hiring gaps.
• Capture accurate notes, details, and activity updates in our CRM.
• Maintain a clean and organized personal pipeline to stay on top of follow-ups and warm leads.
• Learn the basics of the DoD and Intelligence Community landscape (we will train you).
• Work closely with our recruiting and sales teams to support active opportunities.
• Participate in daily standups, weekly planning sessions, and account reviews.
