Overview of the role
Nanoprecise Business Development Team, you will be responsible for delivering to the business unit’s sales goals and establishing Nanoprecise as the condition monitoring leader in the India market. The successful candidate will take on the task of generating leads as well as working on leads that are generated through the marketing activities of the company with a goal of winning business with our targeted segments and customers profiles. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness, subject matter expertise in condition monitoring, process monitoring, reliability and could communicate with both technical managers (Plant Heads, Mechanical and Electrical HODs) as well as executives (CXOs), and accept personal ownership of mutually agreed revenue and expansion targets.
Responsibilities
The person is responsible for identifying, procuring, and realizing new sources of profitable revenue throughout the region. This person will build, nurture, as sales pipeline with best practices in sales and market development that will enable Nanoprecise to achieve its goal of emerging as the leader in condition monitoring in the region. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness, love hunting for new business opportunities, have the ability to communicate with both technical managers as well as executives, and accept personal ownership of mutually agreed sales targets.

Regional sales targets
Delivering to the Company’s recurring revenue goals
The person is responsible for owning entire GTM process for India region. Go To Market process for Nanoprecise is as follows:
Creating MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) using demand generation engine with the help of Demand Generation team
Converting those MQLs into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) using BDRs (Business Development Representatives)
Further qualifying those SQLs as potential opportunities with the help of Account Executives
Closure of these opportunities to purchase orders
Leading customer success and condition monitoring teams to further expand the accounts.
Ensure every prospect/client interaction is redeeming and marked by memorable quality & integrity
Get and stay up to speed on the offerings of Nanoprecise as well as the value proposition and competitive differentiation.
Work closely with Marketing to ensure materials and tactics are well aligned with the prospect and market requirements
Keep Nanoprecise’s leadership and relationship managers apprised of competitor activity and market activities in all of Nanoprecise’s target markets
Adopting best practices, including:
HubSpot usage, lead and opportunity maintenance, reporting
Consistent pricing methodology and application of pricing
Interface and collaborate with global colleagues on multi-national opportunities
Understand various stakeholder involved in B2B/ Enterprise sales targets
Maintain a consistent standard of excellence in all interactions with prospects, including:
Product demonstrations
Proposal preparation and quotes
Timely responses and follow up
Degree- Masters from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute
Preferably from Mechanical/ Industrial Automation background
Enriching sales experience with enterprise, cloud-based solutions
Overall, 3-5 years’ experience with minimum 2 years exp in Predictive Maintenance/ IoT/ IIoT /SaaS industry
Has worked with end users and closed minimum sales target of 150cr INR
Demonstrated success in B2B and consultative sales
Demonstrable ability to successfully prospect and develop productive relationships with decision-makers
Ability to effectively present a variety of service solutions by directing a diverse range of company resources in a team-selling dynamic
Demonstrated success with creating sales strategies and campaigns to achieve business goals
Aptitude for learning new technologies. Solid understanding of cloud-based technologies and enterprise applications.
Previous experience with asset management, maintenance, reliability and enterprise cloud-based solutions are an asset
Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills
Superior problem-solving skills and abilities
