Core Responsibilities:
- Develop deep expertise in OxygenAI’s computer vision-powered retail analytics solutions to unlock value for clients and help shape the future of in-store intelligence
- Partner with C-suite and operational teams to uncover pain points and co-create high-impact use cases grounded in data – balancing what’s desirable, feasible, and scalable
- Analyze and interpret large datasets using Excel and statistical tools to surface insights that drive smarter decisions and stronger business outcomes
- Craft compelling reports and lead client-facing presentations that translate complex analytics into clear, actionable strategies
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless solution implementation, data rollout, and project delivery
- Champion client success by leading onboarding, advising on data application, and catalyzing improvements in revenue and operations
- Work hand-in-hand with the product team to feed client insights directly into the solution roadmap – shaping features, priorities, and rollouts
- Proactively uncover strategic opportunities where our retail AI solutions can create transformational value while owning client relationships and driving account growth
- Conduct in-depth business research to stay ahead of retail trends, market shifts, and competitive moves
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field (new graduates are welcome!)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a solid grasp of Excel and statistical concepts
- Ability to manage high-expectation clients – balancing responsiveness with sound judgment and maintaining clarity under pressure
- Confident communicator who can craft clear, compelling narratives from data and present to senior stakeholder
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams – from engineers to executives – and drive outcomes
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Genuine interest in retail, technology, and using data to solve real-world problems
