Job Position:- Business Consultant (Digital Transformation) Location:- Remote Duration:- Long Term Jd Location: Onsite (US) As a Business Consultant in Digital Transformation, you will drive digital innovation and help clients navigate the evolving landscape of digital technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features, addressing system challenges as they arise. You will be trusted to operate independently while maintaining strong partnerships between technical and non-technical stakeholders. For every project you are assigned, you are expected to take full ownership as an advisor to the client and focus on moving the project forward. The ideal candidate has a solid background in strategy, technology awareness, and business consulting and should be proactive in introducing and adopting process improvements. Key Responsibilities Digital Transformation Consulting

• Leverage strong knowledge of domain-specific technologies, processes, and systems in industries such as Telecom, Hi-Tech, Media, Retail, Manufacturing and more.
• Lead strategic assessments to identify digital transformation opportunities across business functions and recommend future-state solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, marketing, and HR, to align business goals and processes.
• Act as a liaison across various lines of businesses to ensure coordination and integration of improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder onboarding for process changes.

Compliance, Risk & Operational Governance

• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements, data governance, and audit readiness across selected domains.
• Recommend improvements to internal controls and document retention practices.

Process Improvement & Tools Enablement

• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement techniques to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with technology teams for digital enablement of redesigned business processes.
• Support transformation initiatives across CSM, FSM, ITSM areas using ServiceNow and SaaS platforms (Salesforce CRM, CPQ, HRIS, P2P, CLM).
• Support transformation initiatives across Data and Analytics.
• Support transformation initiatives across Digital Engineering (RPA, Automation, Full Stack).

Required Skills & Qualifications Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business consulting or operational leadership roles, with hands-on expertise in at least two or more functional & technical domains.

Core Competencies

• Proficiency in process mapping, root cause analysis, improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma), automation/RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism), and Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of full-stack development, UI/UX methodologies, testing processes, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and ERP/workflow tools (Salesforce, SAP, Workday).
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills for managing stakeholders and driving consensus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation or optimization initiatives.
