Key Responsibilities

• Support management in daily operational and coordination activities
• Follow up on action items and ensure execution across departments
• Act as a communication bridge between English-speaking management and local teams
• Prepare meeting minutes in English and track progress
• Assist with client, partner, and internal coordination
• Support documentation, reporting, and information organization

Requirements

• Portuguese at native or bilingual professional proficiency level
• English at professional working proficiency or above (daily working language)
• Bachelor’s degree or above (mandatory)
• 1–3 years of experience in business assistant, operations assistant, project coordination, or similar roles
• Strong execution ability, follow-up mindset, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with management and coordinating across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multinational, joint-venture, or international companies
• Background in security, IT, hardware, engineering, or system integration industries
• Experience supporting management or leadership teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
