LMI seeks a Business Analyst to support a Department of Veterans Affairs program. This position blends analytical research, process improvement, and coordination to ensure workflows run efficiently, deliverables meet standards, and transformation goals are achieved. You will collect and interpret process data, identify opportunities for improvement across all workstreams, and support strategic planning while coordinating compliance and technical deliverables.

Collect and analyze data from Business Process Hierarchy (BPH) and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) artifacts, activities, and outputs.
Target Salary Range- $85,900 - $105,000

Track and identify redundancies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for workflow improvements across all workstreams.
Support the development of phased transformation roadmaps, particularly during later stages of the period of performance.
Coordinate Section 508 compliance tracking.
Collaborate deliverable preparation, submission, and review.
Assess opportunities to automate data collection and reporting processes.
Develop concise, actionable reports, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
Facilitate working sessions and meetings to gather input, review findings, and confirm next steps.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles, preferably in a federal environment.
Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with Section 508 compliance requirements and accessibility standards.
Experience working with ServiceNow or similar workflow/ticketing tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present actionable insights.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
