Requirement Lifecycle Management: Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and system requirements, translating complex needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Backlog Refinement: Facilitate collaborative refinement sessions with tech, product, and design teams to ensure a shared understanding of project scope and technical constraints.

Process Mapping & Analysis: Perform deep-dive gap analysis, document current vs. future state business processes, and maintain a robust repository of reusable documentation in Confluence.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst (BSA).
Proven track record working on large-scale projects within the Financial Services or Banking sector.
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, specifically managing backlogs and sprints in JIRA/Confluence.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong experience in Online or Mobile banking platforms
Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or a Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis.
Specific experience with lending products (Personal Loans, Mortgages).
Strong Business Systems Analysis (BSA) technical skillset.
