Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 4-6 years of experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and supporting the delivery of data-driven and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for web-based and AI projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to determine project viability.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Assist in the development of user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and support testing efforts.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in web-based and AI systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to web and AI applications.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project progress and outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
