The Operation Enablement organization plays a critical role in successfully providing credit assistance to our clients and mitigating potential credit losses. Collections and recovery strategies and their performance is critical to the success of our business. Monitoring, tracking and assessing the performance of our strategies is an important part of our process to ensure adherence to Decision Strategy Governance requirements. Additionally, the team is responsible for design and execution of Quality Assurance routines for Strategy Decision Engine Initiatives and other key strategic processes within CCA.
This role is responsible for creating, track, and monitor strategy performance metrics monthly. Organize and lead performance discussions with strategy analysts, strategy owners, and other stakeholders. Conduct analyses to ascertain key drivers of trends and provide business insights.
