Key requirements:

• English level C1/C2
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, high pace of work

Schedule specifics:

• Late shifts until 9:00 PM London time (a few times per week)
• One day off falls on a weekday

• the team has grown to 200 people (including experts from Boston Dynamics, Tesla, Agility, and Sanctuary AI)
• a working prototype of Wheeled Alpha has been developed

📊 Key responsibilities

1. Research & analytics

• Conduct market, industry, and deal research
• Prepare briefs on companies, founders, and investors
• Work with PitchBook, Crunchbase, and financial reports
• Analyze leads via LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical materials
• Analyze CEO calendar and time allocation
• Compile daily news digests

2. Documents & communication

• Prepare, edit, and format materials
• Create presentations
• Handle business correspondence and outreach
• Track campaign performance and outreach analytics

3. Data & systems support

• Maintain Google Sheets and analytical datasets
• Support data repositories (Notion, Confluence)
• Analyze CEO network and investment patterns

4. CEO support

• Prepare daily agendas
• Organize meetings (occasionally)
• Attach materials and briefs to calendar events
