The Business AI Lead – Engineering
will be central to this transformation, helping our engineers use AI as a co‑engineer: accelerating design iteration, simulation, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
As Business AI Lead – Engineering, you will identify, develop, and scale AI solutions that enhance productivity, reliability, and innovation across our full engineering value chain.
You will collaborate deeply with capability owners in Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Test, and Manufacturing engineering to automate key workflows, improve design quality, and reduce engineering cycle time — all while ensuring that outputs remain accurate, secure, and compliant.
You’ll be part of a growing cross‑functional business AI team that operates alongside our Transformation and IT groups to embed AI into the way we work every day.
What You’ll Do
We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in engineering leadership, R&D operations, or data/AI enablement within complex hardware or robotics systems.
- Deep understanding of software or hardware engineering workflows and tools.
- Experience applying AI or ML models to design, simulation, test, or manufacturing.
- Strong cross‑functional communicator with a track record of operational improvement
Nice to have
- Experience with generative design, code copilots, or AI‑assisted verification.
- Background in robotics, industrial automation, or aerospace product development.
- Familiarity with DFX, reliability, and PLM integration.
