We are now embedding an AI‑Powered Continuous Improvement Flywheel across the company to drive up the level of automation, accuracy, and velocity in how we design, test, and manufacture our robots.

You will lead the identification and implementation of AI opportunities across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Legal, and Compliance.

From intelligent document processing to financial forecasting to supply risk detection, you’ll help these functions transition from manual workflows to data‑driven, AI‑augmented operations.

You’ll work closely with functional heads, IT, and the Business AI Lead to design responsible and compliant AI systems that enhance – not replace – human judgment.

What You’ll Do

We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in business operations, transformation, or automation leadership.
• Deep familiarity with Finance, HR, or Supply Chain systems (ERP, HCM, etc.).
• Experience deploying AI, RPA, or analytics tools in operational contexts.
• Strong analytical mindset with an ability to translate business problems into data/AI solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance automation or internal audit analytics.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, or complex product organizations.
• Familiarity with process mining and intelligent document understanding tools.
