About the Initiative
The Women of Future is a biannual internship cohort designed to identify and develop high-potential
young women as the frontline ambassadors of SETV Global. Selected interns represent the company at
the ground level driving sales conversations, building strategic partnerships, and owning external-
facing communication. This is a performance-led role, not a passive learning placement.
• ~100 applications reviewed per cycle
• 30–50 candidates invited to interview
• 5 selected per cohort
Role Responsibilities
• Drive on-ground & digital sales : Identify prospects, initiate outreach, qualify leads, and progress conversations through the pipeline.
• Build strategic partnerships : Engage hospitals, clinics, academic institutions, and healthcare organisations on behalf of SETV.
• External representation : Represent SETV Global at events and stakeholder interactions , a visible, credible face of the brand.
• Pipeline management : Own follow-ups, documentation, and reporting to the Lead of Staff and upper management.
• Travel & field engagement : Travel city-local and outstation as required with advance notice. All expenses reimbursed in full on submission of valid proof.
• Strategy & Buisness Development : Draft strategies for the company, do market analysis,and select the growth pipelines for market efficiency.
Requirements
• Communication : Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills , articulate and confident across diverse audiences
• Professional demeanour: Polished and well-prepared; able to represent the brand credibly in client-facing and high-visibility environments
• Functional orientation : Demonstrable interest or prior exposure in sales, business development, strategic outreach, or partnerships
• Mobility : Willingness to travel for on-ground engagements (city-local and outstation) with adequate advance notice provided
Preferred Background
• Leadership track record : Prior leadership in student bodies, collegiate clubs, or international organisations (UN, UNESCO, AIESEC, UNICEF, MUN circuits, etc.)
• Prior internship or project experience in sales, BD, or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach platforms
Stipend & Growth
• Compensation : ₹7,500 per month + Incentives (reward & recognition)
• Reporting to : Lead of Staff, with visibility to upper management
• Full-time conversion (PPO) : Interns who demonstrate effective, tangible output will be considered for a full-time role. Merit-based, not tenure
Selection Process
1. Application Submission : 27–31 March 2026
Submit your resume and cover letter. Your cover letter must convey motivation for this specific role, a relevant experience, and your approach to selling SETV’s products. Late applications will not be considered.
2. Task Round : Case Study + Cold Mail
Two tasks:
(a) a business case study shared in advance, you will be questioned on your analysis and strategic thinking; we want to see how your mind works, not a textbook answer.
(b) a cold outreach email drafted for a target client segment of SETV’s choosing.
Interview : Presentation of case study( 10 min), Q&A( 10 min), justification to the current position. Evaluated on communication, strategic orientation, confidence, and adaptability.
Final Selection & Offer Letter : Selected candidates will receive offer letters issued with stipend details, start date, KPIs, internship charter and will be travelling to the office for one or two months.
