Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Strategist, located in chennai . In this role, the Brand Strategist will develop and implement effective brand strategies and manage brand identity. Responsibilities include conducting market research, crafting compelling brand narratives, overseeing brand development initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities

Brand & Insight Mining

• Study Third Biome’s brand ecosystem deeply.
• Analyze competitor brands (Seed, Viome, Thorne, TGB, GGG).
• Identify gaps in brand experience, product placement, and messaging.
• Run user research (surveys, calls, social listening).

GTM & Business Strategy

• Work with founders on launch strategy for T3B segments (PCOD, gut, calm, weight loss).
• Build GTM frameworks:
• Customer personas
• Value propositions
• Distribution channels
• Viral loops
• Creator-led community model
• Research pricing, CAC benchmarks, funnel structures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Brand Strategy, Branding, and Brand Development
• Experience in Brand Management and ensuring alignment with marketing and business objectives
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to articulate brand visions effectively and work collaboratively
• Creative thinking and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and develop innovative strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the marketing/advertising industry is an advantage
