As a Brand and Customer Relations Manager at EMBIO Diagnostics, you will work with the Creative Director and Chief of Marketing and be responsible for managing and strengthening the brands external relationships through strategic communication, marketing, and PR initiatives. It involves overseeing newsletters and educational content to boost user awareness, building trusted client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention, and collaborating with internal teams to align customer support and commercial goals. The position also includes leading communication strategies for new market entries, supporting partners with local product launches, maintaining customer success metrics and CRM updates, and ensuring all company information is handled confidentially and professionally.

What You'll do:

• Own and manage the overall brand relationship with external stakeholders, including marketing communications such as newsletters and educational content to enhance user awareness.

What Were Looking For :

• BSc or MSc in Marketing or related field
• 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
• Active team player, self-motivated, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
