Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role in Los Angeles, CA (remote location feasible) for a Board Member at Caelum Diagnostic Solutions. The Board Member will contribute to strategic decision-making and provide governance and oversight to drive the growth and success of the organization. Key responsibilities include developing and refining long-term strategies, ensuring financial sustainability, providing insights into business development and partnerships, supporting fundraising efforts, overseeng regulatory milestones, IP, and overseeing organizational risk and compliance. The role also involves leveraging professional expertise to guide the company’s efforts to expand its market presence and improve global diagnostics solutions. Caelum also asks that you leverage your contacts for fundraising purposes. Board members who are willing to invest are preferred.
